Pricing

Two components, quoted per engagement: an upfront system analysis and onboarding fee, then a monthly platform licence retainer.

Enterprise Licensing

Licensing & Engagement Model

One-time

System Analysis & Onboarding Fee

Paid once, before build work begins. It covers understanding the workflows you actually run — not the ones a template assumes — and turning them into a written scope with a fixed price against it.

  • Workflow and intake mapping
  • Systems and integration audit
  • Data-handling and access review
  • A written scope, priced before commitment
Monthly

Platform Licence Retainer

A non-exclusive licence to use the running platform, billed monthly for the term of the engagement. It is the cost of the system continuing to work, which is a different thing from the cost of building it.

  • Hosting, monitoring and alerting
  • Dependency and security updates
  • Support and incident response
  • Platform licence for the term of the engagement

Why there is no menu of per-feature prices. A published figure for "document automation" is either wrong or meaningless until someone has seen the documents. The same feature is a week's work against one intake process and a quarter's against another, and quoting it as a line item transfers that estimating risk to whoever signs. Scope is established first, then priced once, and re-quoted rather than absorbed if it changes.

We engineer and manage your custom software end-to-end. Get straight to business with a fixed upfront build scope and a fully managed monthly platform retainer — no servers to patch, no hidden surprises, and no complex dashboards to learn.

Tier 3

Enterprise Hub

High-volume automated intake and custom system orchestration — where the system is the operation rather than a shopfront in front of it.

System Analysis & Discovery Audit Required before any scope is quoted First step

then a fixed, value-based build package plus a monthly infrastructure retainer

  • Everything in Business & E-Com
  • Isolated Cloud Run infrastructure with its own service account
  • Custom API bridges to the systems you already run, on-premises included
  • Automated intake pipelines that handle volume without adding headcount
  • Dedicated SABS, PIPEDA and PHIPA governance compliance, documented per engagement
  • The engines behind the intake pipelines run only in our infrastructure and are not distributed or licensed for self-hosting. What that does and does not mean is set out in the governance statement.

System Analysis & Licensing Estimator

Three steps, about four minutes. It does not return a price — it returns a routing, so the analysis that follows starts from your workflows rather than from a blank page.

Review our Licensing & Commercial Governance Policy to understand how custom cloud architectures are scoped and licensed.

  1. Tier
  2. Capabilities
  3. Documents
  4. Scope

1. Which tier fits what you need?

Choose the closest starting point

Not a commitment, and not a quote. It decides which questions are worth asking you — and if your answers later point somewhere else, the form says so rather than quietly selling you the wrong thing.

2. Capability & workflow checklist

What actually arrives, and from whom?
Does any of it have to reach a particular person?
What happens to documents once they arrive?
Roughly how many arrive in a month?

3. Sample workflows and templates

Send blank templates, not completed files. A blank intake form tells us everything we need about its structure. A completed one carries a real person's health and claim information, and this form is an ordinary web upload rather than the secure intake path used for client records. Please remove or black out names, dates of birth, claim numbers and clinical notes before attaching anything.

PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, plain text or an image. Up to 3 files, 5 MB in total. Optional — the flow submits without them.

    4. Scope submission

Please do not include client-identifying or clinical details here.

    Licensing terms and attribution

Engagements convey a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software platform as a service for the term of the engagement, granted by G Wiz Software Solutions Inc. The licence covers use of the running system and its API output. It does not convey a copy of the implementation, the right to sublicense or resell it, or the right to reconstruct or extract the internal rules that produce its output.

ReliAble Independent Living Services Inc.® and ReliAble Living® are registered trademarks. Institutional partnership engagements are delivered under licence from their proprietor, and nothing in an engagement conveys any right to use the marks beyond factual reference to the service being received.
